For Managers

We know that great managers want to get the very best from their team however, we also know that without the right support, it can be a challenging role.

We often see, across industries, that managers are promoted on the basis of them being great at their previous role and therefore stepping up to manage the team they part of. We call these accidental managers.

We believe in managers and the amazing impact that they can have on their teams development, effectiveness and overall success. But we also believe that to achieve the above, managers need the right support in place. Welcome to Management Essentials!

Whether you are a new manager, an established manager or someone aspiring to achieve a management role in the future, we can help! We can’t wait to support you in achieving your vision of being a great manager through this practical, toolkit based and down to each training programme.

Do you want to:

  • Learn about tools and techniques you can use to get the best from your team?
  • Develop more confidence in leading your team to success?

1-2-1 action planning

At the end of the programme, all attendees have a 121-action planning session with the programme facilitator which brings together the key actions they are taking away from the programme and crucially, how they intend to implement their learning.

What do you need to join the programme?

All we ask from those joining the programme is to come along with an open mind, willingness to learn and to put your learning into practice. As well as your commitment to attend all aspects of the programme of course.

Where is the programme held?

We believe the best training experiences happen in person. Our open programmes are held at a training suite just off the M62 in Leeds where you can take advantage of the wonderful facilities as well as free car parking.
